We offer two ways to begin care at LWC: our recommended Initial Comprehensive Clarity Visit (a multi-visit, whole-person assessment with lab work & metrics) or a Standard Initial Consultation.

To ensure accurate medical screening and clinical safety, appointments are organized by location, age, and biological sex for anatomy-specific intake questions and lab panels. We understand gender identity is personal and may differ from biological sex—these categories exist strictly to deliver safe, precise care. Our team is committed to providing inclusive, respectful, and affirming care to everyone.

The Comprehensive Clarity Onboarding Consultation is a thoughtfully curated, multi-step patient experience designed to uncover root causes and define a precise clinical roadmap for your care. It begins with a comprehensive health history and symptom assessment, followed by advanced laboratory and biomarker testing (with optional nutritional and dietary assessments) to identify key drivers impacting your health and future risks. These insights are integrated into your personalized LWC Wellness & Clarity Report and reviewed during your Initial Comprehensive Clinical Clarity Consultation.
